Ultrasonic cleaning machine is aimed at bearing industry ring parts, automobiles, motorcycles, refrigeration accessories, electrical accessories and other hardware industry cleaning. With the continuous improvement of customers' requirements for product cleanliness and the continuous increase of cleaning output, and the management needs of enterprise's own transformation and upgrading, staff reduction and efficiency enhancement, combined with the mature technologies such as ultrasonic cleaning, high-pressure spray cleaning, internal circulation drying, etc., aiming at the requirements of cleaning, drying and rust prevention, the stable stainless steel mesh chain conveying form is adopted, and the mesh belt type ultrasonic cleaning combination line is specially designed. It is especially suitable for the cleaning of finished hardware parts.

 

Main structure of ultrasonic cleaning machine

 

1. Stainless steel mesh chain transmission, stepless frequency control, can control the length of product cleaning time and efficiency.

 

2. For the workpiece that needs demagnetization, the frame demagnetizer with transformer oil is used. After demagnetization, the residual magnetic quantity is less than 0.4mt, which ensures the cleaning effect. The demagnetizer adopts the form of oil circulation cooling and air cooling, and is equipped with reactive power compensation in the machine to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.

 

3. According to the needs of workpiece cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning area, spray cleaning area, air knife water cutting area, tunnel internal circulation drying area, oiling area, loading and unloading area can be set.

 

4. The auxiliary water tank has the functions of working oil device, pH value test (water-based cleaning), sound and light prompt adding cleaning agent, circulating filtering system, heating system (water-based cleaning), automatic liquid level compensation and other functions. In addition, CDR oil mist filter (mechanical type) waste gas treatment system can be selected to meet the requirements of environmental protection.

 

5. Internal circulation drying principle: the cleaned workpieces are automatically transferred to the drying area, and the high-pressure air generated by the air pump is filtered by the first-class filtering device, and then the air knife can blow dry the high-temperature air shear of the workpiece in full angle, which can thoroughly remove the water droplets on the internal and external surfaces of the workpiece.

 

6. The oiling method can be selected as sinking bubble or atomizing spraying.

 

7. According to the needs of workpiece cleaning, personalized cleaning process blue can be designed.
