2.2 filtration circulation system: the system is composed of coarse and fine filtration. Coarse filtration is to clean the product of the reflux, circulation through magnetic adsorption and screen coarse filtration separation. In the cleaning process, the metal in the cleaning reflux is separated by magnetic adsorption. After passing through the coarse screen, the cost of fine filtration can be greatly improved. The fine filter is a high-pressure filtration by the fine filter element (filter element can be prepared according to the cleaning requirements of users). Users can change the filter element in the filter barrel by themselves, so that the product can achieve better cleanliness.

2.3 heating control system: it is composed of three 4kw electric heating pipes, which is equipped with a digital temperature control system which can be adjusted from 0 to 150 degrees. The liquid level protection system is equipped with a liquid level switch in the storage tank. When the liquid level in the tank is too low, the normal operation of the electric heating device and the water pump can be protected. 2.5 timing alarm system.

The system is based on the concept of humanized design. When the ultrasonic wave acts on the workpiece for a certain time (the time is adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes), the alarm can be changed to batch processing.
