Working principle: mold or workpiece to be cleaned is used as cathode (put into cleaning box), and standard electrode rod is used as anode. Oxygen is produced at the anode and hydrogen is produced at the cathode by electrolysis of water. In the process of operation, a large amount of hydrogen is generated on the surface of the workpiece, which causes the dirt to decompose and peel off quickly from the surface of the workpiece; at the same time, by using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave, numerous small bubbles are generated to collide with the object. The dirt on the workpiece is blasted to remove the dirt automatically.

At the same time, the special cleaning solution 102c is used to make the dirt decompose rapidly through sufficient chemical reaction. In this way, even the parts that are difficult to clean, such as grooves, grooves, corners, holes, holes, biting flowers and other complex parts inside the mold, will be cleaned clean, and the mold will show a gorgeous metallic luster from the inside to the outside.

After washing out the mould with water, then soak it with special water-based rust inhibitor for steel. The antirust agent can quickly remove the moisture on the mold surface and form a protection on the mold surface. It can be stored or reprocessed after air drying. There will be no carbide adhering to the mold during the second production.
