Working principle: use the mold or workpiece to be cleaned as the cathode (just put it into the cleaning frame), and use the standard electrode rod as the anode. Oxygen is produced at the anode and hydrogen is produced at the cathode by electrolyzing water. During the operation, a large amount of hydrogen is produced on the surface of the workpiece, which makes the dirt decompose and peel off from the surface of the workpiece quickly. At the same time, by using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic, numerous small bubbles are produced to collide with the object. The dirt on the workpiece is blasted to make the dirt peel off automatically.

At the same time, the special cleaning solution 102c is used to decompose the dirt rapidly through full chemical reaction. In this way, even the parts that are difficult to clean, such as the internal groove, groove, corner, cavity, hole, bite pattern and other complex parts of the mold, will be cleaned clean, and the mold will show gorgeous metallic luster from the inside to the outside.

Clean the mould with special antirust agent after soaking. This kind of antirust agent can quickly remove the moisture on the surface of the mold and form protection on the surface of the mold. After air drying, it can be preserved or reprocessed. The carbide will not adhere to the mold in the second production.
