Principle of electrolytic mould cleaning machine: electrolysis is a process of chemical decomposition of substances under the action of electric current. In the process of electrolysis, the dirt on the metal surface begins to fall off, which is accelerated under the impact of ultrasonic wave. There are animal and vegetable oil, mineral oil, paraffin, carbon deposit and oxide layer on the metal surface. These dirt are removed by electrolysis. When the current passes through the mold electrolytic cleaning agent with special formula, oxygen is generated near the positive electrode of the electrolytic cell, and hydrogen is generated at the negative electrode. When the metal parts to be cleaned are put into the positive pole of the electrolytic cell, small hydrogen gas will be generated on the metal surface during the electrolysis process. These small bubbles promote the dirt to peel off from the metal surface. Ultrasonic cleaning uses a high-frequency power supply of 40KHz, In this process, the transducer transfers huge energy to the cleaning tank solution. In this process, the transducer generates positive pressure and negative pressure areas in the liquid, forming tens of thousands of hole bubbles, which constantly form explosion and impact the cleaned metal surface, so that the dirt on the metal surface can be quickly separated, so as to achieve the cleaning of the mold and restore the original color of the mold
