Scope of application

The ultrasonic vibrator is suitable for the cleaning of workpieces in various industries, such as precision electronic parts, watch and clock parts, optical glass parts, hardware and mechanical parts, jewelry, semiconductor silicon wafer, polyester filter element / spinneret, medical devices, etc., and the cleaning of parts before and after electroplating.

Ultrasonic vibrator is suitable for extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, cleaning of inner wall of thick wall metal pipe, on-line ultrasonic anti fouling of boiler, ultrasonic cleaning under vacuum / pressure, various pipeline ultrasonic treatment and pipeline sonochemical treatment, etc.

 

The energy conversion efficiency is high, reaching more than 80%.

The ultrasonic system has stable amplitude and long working time. It adopts the design of nine section tool head (industrial grade), and its radiation area is 2.5 times larger than that of traditional tool head.

Using ultrasonic numerical control power supply (currently limited to industrial level sonochemical system), full digital circuit control, strong anti-interference ability.

The frequency and power can be monitored in real time, and the power can be adjusted in different grades. It has the function of automatic alarm and protection, and is easy to operate
