Ultrasonic welding is to produce high-frequency friction and heating on the contact gap surface of the object under pressure by ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer, so as to achieve the purpose of hot fusion welding.

Product installation

Precautions for transducer installation of our company:

1. Select appropriate materials and adjust hardness process to produce horn and working head.

2. When installing the horn or working head, pay attention to the frequency matching, and apply sound conducting glue on the joint.

3. During installation, acetone and other solvents are used to clean the surface to be joined

4. In order to reduce the coupling impedance of the oscillator and improve the electro acoustic conversion efficiency of the oscillator, the impedance control technology of the coupling process is established.

5. Pay attention to improve the insulation measures after the installation of vibrator electrode.
