Application scope:

(1) The most common application fields of ultrasonic spot welding are semiconductor lead welding and IC circuit welding.

(3) Automobile electric assembly parts and other applications (welding of automobile wiring terminal, automobile wiring harness, motor terminal, relay chip, electrolytic capacitor pole piece, carbon brush piece, cooling rack piece, etc.).

(4) The wires are mutually fused with the famous electronic components, terminals, contacts and connectors, and the wires are mutually fused to form one or more mutually fused wires.

(6) The heat sink, heat exchange fin and honeycomb core of household appliances and automobile products are fused.

3. Features:

(1) The bonding time is short, and there is no casting structure (rough surface) defect in the bonding part.

(2) Compared with resistance welding, ultrasonic welding has longer die life, less time for die repair and replacement, and is easy to realize automation.

(3) Ultrasonic welding can be carried out between the same metal and different metals, which consumes much less energy than electrical welding.

(4) Compared with other pressure welding, ultrasonic welding requires less pressure and less than 10% deformation, while cold pressure welding Requires 40% - 90% deformation.

(5) Ultrasonic welding does not require the pretreatment of the surface to be welded and the post-treatment after welding as other welding.

(6) There is no need for flux, metal filler, external heating and other external factors.

(7) Ultrasonic welding can minimize the temperature effect of the material (the temperature of the welding zone is not more than 50% of the absolute melting temperature of the metal to be welded), so as not to change the metal structure, so it is very suitable for welding applications in the electronic field.
