Although it can obtain high precision and high stability control characteristics and realize flexible and diverse control functions, due to the limitation of its working frequency, the output PWM signal has low frequency resolution It is difficult to meet the fine-tuning of frequency. In view of the above problems of ultrasonic power supply, based on PWM technology, this paper develops a kind of digital ultrasonic power supply with stable performance, simple control adjustment and low cost by using single chip microcomputer and analog integrated circuit to form an intelligent control system.
