The specific steps are to apply the adhesive to the contact surface of transducer and screen frame respectively, and the application time should not exceed 10 minutes, so as to avoid the influence of glue drying on the adhesive effect; if the relative temperature is too low, the glue will set too fast, you can put the container in 60 ℃ warm water to ensure the viscosity of the glue;

 

Precautions for disassembly and assembly of ultrasonic transducer:

1. It should not be removed forcefully to avoid damage to the grid structure;

2. Be careful not to cause physical damage to the sticking surface when scraping the residues of the grid structure;

3. Clean the installation position in time to make its surface flat and clean;

4. During installation, the transducer should be installed vertically, and the use of the transducer should not be affected by the inclined side;

5. During installation, it is possible to compress the transducer so that there is no gap or bubble between the transducer and the grid.
