The principle of ultrasonic welding transducer is similar to that of cleaning transducer. It also uses prestressing force to offset the expansion stress of piezoelectric ceramics to achieve high frequency vibration with large amplitude. Because welding transducer requires high instantaneous power, it requires high material and technology, and belongs to high-power acoustic ultrasonic transducer. Usually, the vibration system with high power and large amplitude characteristics is composed of horn and working head to complete the ultrasonic welding of plastics, metals and other materials.

Ultrasound welding is to produce high frequency friction heating on the surface of the contact gap of the solder under pressure through the ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer, so as to achieve the purpose of thermal fusion welding.

Ultrasound welding transducer is a high-power transducer with clearance or pulse operation, and its power is usually calculated by instantaneous peak power.

Attentions for installation of Huaneng in our company:

1. Select suitable materials and adjust hardness technology to process new words horn and head.

2. Attention must be paid to frequency matching when installing horn or working head, and sound guide glue should be applied at the joint.

3. Use acetone and other solvents to clean the jointed surface during installation.

4. Establish the impedance control technology of the joining process to reduce the joining impedance of the oscillator and improve the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency of the oscillator.

5. Attention should be paid to improving the insulation of the oscillator motor after installation.

The transducer produced by our company has low calorific value, good thermal stability, small resonance impedance, good consistency between frequency and static capacitance, and complete and smooth waveform of frequency and impedance.
