Application method of handheld ultrasonic spot welding machine:

 

1、 Welding method: the ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration welding head produces friction heat on the joint surface of two pieces of plastic under moderate pressure, and the welding strength is comparable to the body. With proper workpiece and reasonable interface design, it can achieve water tightness and air tightness, and avoid the inconvenience caused by the use of auxiliary products, so as to achieve efficient and clean welding (details are as follows?).

 

2、 Riveting welding method: the ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration welding head is pressed on the protruding pin of plastic products to make it instantly heat and melt into rivet shape, so that different materials are mechanically riveted together. 3、 Embedding: with the help of the welding head and proper pressure, the metal parts (such as nuts, screws, etc.) are instantly squeezed into the reserved plastic holes and fixed at a certain depth. After completion, the tensile force and torque can be comparable to the strength formed in the traditional mold, which can avoid the defects of damage and slow injection of the injection mold.

 

4、 Molding: this method is similar to the riveting method. The concave welding head is pressed on the outer ring of the plastic products. After the ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration of the welding head, the plastic is melted to form and coated on the metal objects to make it fixed, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful.

 

5、 Spot welding: A. spot welding of two pieces of plastic, without pre design of welding line, to achieve the purpose of welding. B. For large workpieces, it is difficult to design the welding line for spot welding, so as to achieve the welding effect. Multi spot welding can be carried out at the same time.

 

6、 Cutting and sealing: using the working principle of ultrasonic instantaneous vibration to cut chemical fiber fabric, its advantages are smooth cut, no cracking and no wire drawing.
