In addition, the use process of handheld ultrasonic spot welding machine is as follows:

 

1. Connect one end of the cable to the output control cable connector on the generator cylinder, and connect the other end to the output control cable socket on the back of the electric box, and screw it tightly.

2. Clean the joint surface of the welding head, connect it to the transducer of the vibration barrel, and lock it with a wrench. Note: when connecting, make sure that the two connecting surfaces between the welding head and the transducer match and lock tightly. It is not allowed that the connecting screw is too long or the sliding teeth cannot be locked, otherwise the sound wave transmission is not smooth and the machine will be damaged.

3. When loading and unloading the welding head, two spanners must be used to block the welding head and the transducer respectively. It is not allowed to lock or load or unload only one part of the welding head, so as to avoid damage to the portable vibration cylinder.

4. After the installation of points 1 and 2, plug the power cord socket into the external power socket, and pull the power switch. At this time, the power indicator light is on.

5. Press the sound wave control switch gently, then you can hear the "squeak" sound from the welding head when the sound wave is transmitted to the welding head, which indicates that the machine works normally and can be put into use.

6. In case of abnormal operation, do not disassemble the equipment without permission. Please inform the supplier or send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.
