Ultrasonic vibrating screen is an advanced vibrating screen which is equipped with ultrasonic system on the basis of rotary vibrating screen to convert electric energy into high frequency mechanical energy. In the application, we should pay attention to the following matters:

Each set of ultrasonic system of ultrasonic vibrating screen includes a power supply of ultrasonic vibrating screen, an aviation connecting cable, a transducer and a grid. Do not use the ultrasonic system interchangeably with other manufacturers to avoid unnecessary loss. If it needs to be interchanged, please provide the manufacturer and parameters.

Under the condition of meeting the production requirements, the vibration amplitude * should not exceed 200 μ M.

3. Do not turn on the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen when the grid frame of the ultrasonic vibrating screen is not loaded, that is, when the grid frame is not stretched. Otherwise, it is easy to cause power over-current and damage of grid and transducer

The screen must be tight, otherwise the ultrasonic output and vibration effect will be affected.

5. The butt screw of transducer aviation plug must be tightened and wrapped with * edge tape to prevent dust. Pay attention to protect the connector in use.

6 before the machine starts, check whether the nuts of the transducer and the connecting line plug are locked, and whether the transducer and the grid are locked (the locking force is 40 ~ 50kg). In the application process, pay attention to the protection of the aviation connecting cable between the chassis and the transducer, pay attention to the moisture-proof of the connecting cable and the transducer socket at the air port, and do not allow water into the connecting plug and socket.

If the material is conductive, please use the lengthened ultrasonic aviation connection cable to isolate the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen from the screening site, so as to prevent the material from entering the power box and causing short circuit.

8. When replacing the screen, the residual glue on the inner ring (resonator) of the grid frame should be scraped off with a sharp wallpaper knife. Do not use an angle grinder to grind it to prevent damaging the resonator.

9. The input voltage of the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen is AC 220 v.
