Instructions for ultrasonic driving power supply:

1. Firstly, the transducer is locked on the grid with a net attached (the locking force is 40 ~ 50kg), and then the ultrasonic grid is installed into the vibrating screen.

2. The power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen and the rotary vibrating screen are respectively supplied. The rotary vibrating screen is supplied with three-phase power supply and the ultrasonic vibrating screen is supplied with single-phase power supply. Both of them need to be reliably grounded.

3. The out of the back panel of the ultrasonic power supply is the ultrasonic output. Please insert and lock the ultrasonic HF connecting line, and check the connection is reliable. The other end of the aviation plug of HF connecting cable is connected with the transducer, and the sealing and fixation are guaranteed.

4. Connect the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen and the ultrasonic HF connecting cable, and turn on the ultrasonic power switch after checking. With a "drop" sound, the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen starts, the display window displays "vibration amplitude XXX μ m", and enters the self inspection state. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted by adjusting the amplitude knob (the recommended vibration amplitude is 100 ~ 150 μ m, which is beneficial to the service life of the screen).
