35khz ultrasonic knife cutting honeycomb core
The sound wave cutting machine is basically composed of two parts. Ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic horn, ultrasonic cutter and ultrasonic generator.
The ultrasonic generator
The utility power is converted into high frequency and high voltage AC current, which is transmitted to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducer is equivalent to energy converter, which can convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic. The frequency of the stretching motion is equal to the frequency of the high frequency AC current supplied by the driving power.
Ultrasonic horn
The ultrasonic horn amplifies the output amplitude of the ultrasonic transducer.
Ultrasonic cutter
Further amplify the amplitude and focus the ultrasonic wave.
The ultrasonic energy is concentrated and input to the cutting part of the material to be cut by the cutter. Under the action of huge ultrasonic energy, this part softens and melts instantly, and its strength decreases greatly. Only a small amount of force is needed to cut the material.
